Janene obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Abilene Christian University and started working in Human Resources while in college, progressively holding advanced positions in a variety of industries including high-tech, banking, and oil & gas. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
