His extensive background includes expertise in fabrication and module construction, making him a versatile asset for any organization. As a high-performing global leader, Sachin has successfully navigated the complexities of start-ups, restructuring, and construction management, demonstrating his ability to drive results in challenging environments. Throughout his career, Sachin has held various executive leadership positions in energy service industry, further solidifying his reputation as an industry expert. His roles have taken him across six different states in the United States, as well as internationally in Mexico, India, and the Middle East. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Shaw Group in Houston, Texas, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation. 
 

His diverse experiences have equipped him with a unique perspective on global markets and operational strategies. Sachin’s academic credentials further enhance his qualifications, as he holds a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from LSU. In his free time, he spends time with his wife and daughter, loves to travel, and plays cricket for fun. He likes tailgating at college football. His family time is a priority, and he believes that creating lasting memories together is essential for nurturing their relationships.
